Olympic gold medal-winning shooter Lanny Bassham realized that his dream of a gold medal in the Olympics was dashed  in 1972 because he wasn't mentally disciplined. 

But he bounced back four years later after essentially creating his own mental control curriculum. That turned into a career, as Bassham became a mental training expert to athletes, CEOs, and the military. His insights are invaluable.
